Transitions Coordinator – Fair Access
Permanent, Full time, 35 hours per week
Salary Scale: £26,480 – £32,502
Royal Conservatoire of Scotland are seeking to appoint a Transitions Coordinator to coordinate the Transitions project delivering an efficient and effective programme. You will work alongside the other coordinators and administrators in the Fair Access team to ensure their programme is delivered in line with their key performance indicators.
You will be an excellent communicator, highly organised and motivated with a strong commitment to widening participation. You will be responsible for focusing on student support including coaching and pastoral support.
You should hold a degree or have equivalent practical experience in a relevant performing arts discipline or education along with significant experience of coordinating and developing educational/fair access projects. You should also have significant experience in budgeting, finance and data systems.
