Are you deaf and passionate about inspiring the next generation of deaf talent? Do you want to grow and develop your skills as a youth theatre director and/or workshop leader? Do you believe that storytelling and the arts have the power to change lives? This opportunity is for emerging deaf artists/workshop leaders.

Solar Bear are looking for:
Deaf Youth Theatre (DYT) Co-Director
Salary: £100 – 120 per two hour session (Approx £480 pcm depending on sessions worked)
Part time: weekly term time
Fixed Term: Sept 2025-July 2026 (dependent on freelancers’ availability)

Note: They are offering a flexible contract so a freelancer can commit to other projects during this time, upon negotiation.
