Arts Culture Health and Wellbeing Scotland joins forces with the Culture, Health & Wellbeing Alliance to host a workshop with Creative Health consultant, Jane Willis.
The Creative Health Quality Framework consists of a set of downloadable PDF resources, based around eight Creative Health Quality Principles. It offers clear guidance on how to use these principles to deliver safe and effective projects. Download the Quality Framework here.
It recognises that every project is unique, encompassing great breadth and variety in terms of the aims, context, and scale of programmes, as well as the skills, experience and resources available.
The workshop is aimed at everyone involved in Creative Health work, including:
· Freelance creative and cultural practitioners
· Creative and cultural organisations
· Health, social care, and community sector partners
· Policy makers, funders, and commissioners
· Trainers – training both creative health practitioners and partners in health and social care
The framework was developed by Creative Health consultant Jane Willis and the Culture Health & Wellbeing Alliance in collaboration with over 200 creative and cultural practitioners, participants, health commissioners and researchers. It is designed to help anyone involved in developing and delivering creative approaches to supporting health and wellbeing.
